5alpha1 Mate install from classic DVD 64 en_GB 'Join Mageia Community' icon on the desktop is shown as register.desktop and a text file. It's missing an icon and not showing the correct title. Reproducible: Steps to Reproduce:
Since i don't have access to Mageia 5 Alpha 1 pre-release i can not test it with that iso. But, on both my physical Cauldron install and VM Cauldron machine i can not confirm this. I' ll wait for official Alpha 1 isos to investigate this issue. Note that register.desktop file comes from desktop-common-data package.

Problem comes from that shared-mime-info package is not installed by default. Installing shared-mime-info fixes this issue. I modified mate-session-manager package to require shared-mime-info. mate-session-manager-1.8.1-2.mga5 should fix this issue also. Please test, and if it works close this bug report. Thanks.

Please test, > and if it works close this bug report. Thanks. I reverted my previous commit to svn. mate-session-manager-1.8.1-3.mga5 does not require shared-mime-info. Instead i added Requires: shared-mime-info to desktop-common-data-3.7-2.mga5 which is the right package (register.desktop comes with this) to fix this issue. After it hits to mirrors please test, if it works close this bug report. Thanks.
