New digikam has been released: http://www.digikam.org/node/714 does this bug block iso to be released? Otherwise i would wait kde team to release new version
It shouldn't block alpha1 release no, unless it causes difficulties for KDE or classic DVDs (when they're built)

If the installer doesn't handle a failure to install packages any better than it did in the past, a KDE installation will probably fail, as this package gets pulled by a suggests in a default KDE installation. The solution is to remove that subpackage from the digikam spec and obsolete it in kipi-common. The kvkontake lib was very old and unmaintained (and likely not functional) in Mageia and was removed.
Si this bug stili valle?

32bit seems ok, i don't have a 64bit VM at the moment
Apparently digikam bundles the library so Funda added it to be built from the digikam SRPM. It should be fixed. Given Comment 5 (there's no reason for this to be arch-dependent), marking as such.
