Description of problem:

Tried with last cauldron installer, when only providing a username it does not create the /home/username folder. /etc/login.defs is set to CREATE_HOME = YES.

useradd username afterwards works as expected.

This seems to be fixed in version 16.37 of stage2, uploaded on 3rd July.
