Description of problem:Classical DVD x86_64 4.1 as at 13June installed just fine on this older acer extenza 5620Z with pentium dual T2370 processor and integral mobile GM965/GL960 graphics. Of note however is that the SynPS/2 synaptics touchpad does not support mouse taps under either Cinnamon or Mate or Gnome. Both xfce4 and KDE4 support tapping normally. It is correctly set in config ?
I think the point is that GNOME (at least) doesn't have it turned on by default, which I can confirm. Since the other two re GNOME derivatives, they are probably inheriting this behavior.

actually this is a duplicate in fact, and according to https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3780#c10 it's a upstream preference and you should had used 'enabled' instead of supported *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 3780 ***
