Description of problem:
Since update to gtk+3_0-3.13.2 both gnote and onboard do not open correctly from their respective tray icons.
Reverting to gtk+3.0-3.12.1-2 fixes the issue in both applications.

gtk+3_0-3.13.2-3.mga5

How reproducible:
Reproduced in clean Cauldron VM

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install onboard
2. Left click on the tray icon should show the on-screen keyboard. It fails.
3. Install gnote and launch it.
4. Left click the top left icon and select Preferences from the drop down menu
5. Check the 'Use Status Icon'
6. Left click the tray icon.
7. A menu should appear but it fails to show.

No - which upstream?

I initially considered reporting this to Onboard upstream, but then realized it was affecting Gnote too.

I then spent last night isolating the culprit which turned out to be gtk3.

I also tried rebuilding onboard against current Cauldron, but there was no change.

Yes, but it's not my package, nor assigned to me. Olav may already be doing this.

There are almost no patches to gtk+3.0. As such, please report directly. Having a maintainer assigned in Mageia doesn't mean bugs should first go through me. As gtk+3.0 is now an unstable version, they need their feedback on what the problems are. Although I don't like it that 3.13.2 is so buggy, it is not unexpected.
