Please test new xfce4-weather-plugin release [1] from core/updates_testing. It makes the plugin to use new met.no forecast API. Testing complete on Mageia 4 x86_64. I installed the version from core/release in a minimal xfce4 setup, and it works fine. The update candidate also works, I could change the settings and see the weather forecasts. It's a great application btw, I like it! :-D
