Description Jose Manuel López 2014-05-12 08:44:35 CEST
I've noticed that after applying the settings to reduce the use of swap equipment in the sysctl.conf file, reboot, not applied in this configuration file is collected, and the system reverts to using the default value 60.

After using in terminal:

- Kwrite /etc/sysctl.conf
- Vm.swappiness=10

Introducing the second order at the end of the document, I restarted the computer and not take the applied settings.

/etc/sysctl.conf is not in use anymore, it only changes in /etc/sysctl.d/ is applied.

so you can do cp /etc/sysctl.conf /etc/sysctl.d/99-sysctl.conf

and it will work

Ok, I've already made that comment I setup and works perfectly.
