Description of problem:
I cannot get the inhibition of screensaver system in an "Activity" configurated with "mode=SpecialBehavior" and "noSuspend=true".
My computer is a desktop PC. I have no battery icon.

Note: a very near bug is described in "KDE Bugtracking System": "Bug 295814 - Power management settings ignored"


kernel: 3.12.13-server-2.mga4
X server: ATI Radeon HD 4870 and earlier
KDE: 4.11.4


How reproducible:
Every time, on my PC.

Steps to Reproduce:
(warning: the terms are not guaranteed, it's my traduction from my french mageia)
1. From activities manager (three buttons red blue green Icon): create 2 activities, named "Base" and "Video".
2. From lauch menu: system setting >> power management >> activities configuration;
in Base tab, leave the button "dont use special settings" (this button must be pushed);
in Video tab, choose the button "define a special behavior", and "dont put in sleep mode or stop the computer".
3. From activities manager: choose the Video activity; 
wait the delay of inactivity without touch the keyboard or run VLC... and notice the screensaver starting.
