Description of problem:
fail to initiate boot loader 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):on the rc I try boot.iso and no arch same result .fail to initiate ,cannot find 0 partiton image , other message mkinitrd -v-f/boot/initrd-2.6.38.6-desktop-1.mga 2.6.38.6-desktop -1.mga 


How reproducible:with boot.iso and the cd noarch ,I try 4 times ,on update on new install 
 machine is P4 2,4MGHZ , 2GIG MEMORY SATA DRVE ETC..... problem similar since two weeks

Seems to be a trouble on dev/sdX where X is second and iso is the first :
/dev/sda -> iso 
/dev/sdb -> harddrive

So, you could, at the end of install, to correct the fstab for new installed system, then rebuild initrd.
