Description of problem: upgrade mageia-3 to mageia-4 failed. I tried to upgrade mageia-3 to mageia-4 by replacing media-3 to media-4 and the instruction: urpmi --replacefiles --auto-update --auto the error message: rpmlib is missing. rpmlib is a very complicated file which I am unable to tackle.
