Description of problem:
I'm getting a polkit-kde auth after login asking for root pw to allow baloo.filewatch to raise a limit.

The link in the dialog to manually adjust it fails.

For a user without root access this breaks the system.

This seems resolved in recent 5a1 and cauldron so closing.
