As the real nvidia issue was found, we'll switch back to the nvidia longlived branch we used before we downgraded to 325 for RC and final Now the idea is to get them on the mga4 re-spin, so lets try to test them as soon as possible. Just to clarify, are these only for nvidia-current branch and not 173 or 304 branches?
CC: (none) => wrw105
Yes, the other prebuilt nvidia173 and nvidia304 modules are listed along with the kernel update: https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=12850
Thomas, No DKMS packages for 173 and 304?
They are in nonfree release. The only time dkms-nvidia* nvidia*-cuda* nvidia*-devel* nvidia*-doc* x11-driver-video-nvidia* gets updated is when we push a new version of the driver in question, wich we only do for nvidia-current this time. otherwise it's only the prebuilt mods that gets pushed
tested the 304 build on mga4-64, with the new kernel, server and desktop builds, all OK.

This update needs further testing on various hardware before we can validate it. So go on, we want to include it in the new ISOs :)
