Running a x86_64 system and running 'urpmi.addmedia --distrib <some_mirror>' will not add non-free i586 media, that way the x86_64 system will not have all packages available like for example flash-plugin. i have checked non-free media for i586 and x86_64 and wasnt synced,. One solution would be to keep the non-frre media synced (for 64bits and 32bits) , or when running 'urpmi.addmedia --distrib <some_mirror>' to also add the non-free 32bit media to be also available for x86_64.

rpmdrake uses urpmi to add the repos; and in reality the bug isn't gonna be fixed, if fixed at all, in urpmi nor rpmdrake, but in the media.cfg file on the mirrors.
