Description of problem:
As summary, plus it's not easy without an interpreter to find where to change it, as the menu is in Russian.
Also, selecting 'New' from the English menu instantly reverts the GUI back to Russian.

I wrote afce-0.9.5-fix-locales.patch for auto detect locales.
Russian must be for Russian locale and English for another.
