Description of problem: All menus in kompozer are corrupted (pixels from Mozilla Firefox?). Only the selected item is correctly displayed. Known issue, although I don't see it in Bugzilla. Possibly not fixable since upstream is dead. There is an alternative called Bluegriffon, but we don't have it packaged. I'll assign it to the currently marked maintainer for this package.

I've installed the bluegriffon rpm from: http://pkgs.org/mageia-3/mageia-russian-community-x86_64/bluegriffon-1.6.2-3.mga3.mrc.x86_64.rpm.html and the problem with the menus is the same.

It seems, that oxygen-gtk is not compatible with kompozer (or bluegriffon). Here the above programs simlply crash when I select any pulldown menu. Workaround is to define another gtk theme in kcontrol eg Adwaita.

I confirm the workaround. To do so, install urpmi kde-gtk-config. Then, run systemsettings (KDE control): Application Appearance / GTK / GTK2 theme: (choose any theme different from oxygen-gtk, e.g. Nodoka).

Using oxygen-gtk, could you try to launch kompozer and/or bluegriffon in a terminal with OXYGEN_APPLICATION_NAME_OVERRIDE=xulrunner OXYGEN_APPLICATION_NAME_OVERRIDE=xulrunner kompozer OXYGEN_APPLICATION_NAME_OVERRIDE=xulrunner bluegriffon Is there the same problem, or does it work better?
