I installed task-printing,then I wanted to proceed to setup my printer. First of all, I think that the post-install should either start cups immediately on its own or at the very least tell me "You should reboot for cups" (as the post-install of task-printing put cups on the list of services to start, which is a good idea). Now assuming I am in a situation where cups is stopped. 1. Launch MCC, go to the hardware tab, select to configure Printers. 2. It says "The printing service is not available. Start service on this computer or connect to another server". But the "start service" button is grayed and not functional (the Connect button works ok). (I can go to the service tab and start cups manually and then it works.) Reproducible: Steps to Reproduce:
Created attachment 4920 [details] Screenshot with the grayed button in MCC printer dialog
does it work with systemctl ? (maybe related https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=12137)
