Description of problem: Trying to print any document in okular takes 36 seconds to bring up the print dialog.  Then, after printing, trying to scroll, or any other action, including clicking the Close button just sits for about 18 seconds before anything happens.  It's like someone added delay timers...

I cannot reproduce this.  My only suggestions are to make sure you have the updated cups packages that were pushed yesterday (and that cups has been restarted), and check your ~/.xsession-errors file to see if there's any output produced there during the delays.

This seems to be due to polkit not running. See bug 12154.
