Patch to replace Kooka with Skanlite

Kooka was the default application for scanning in KDE 3. Now it is porting to KDE 4, but is still work in progress:

skanlite isn't in the Mageia repos, it should be imported before this change is done.

And it would be better to alter the strings this way in order to be more translator-friendly:

N("After that you may scan documents using \"XSane\" or \"Kooka\" from Multimedia/Graphics in the applications menu."));

=>

N("After that you may scan documents using \"XSane\" or \"%s\" from Multimedia/Graphics in the applications menu.", "Skanlite"))
