Current calibre package requires python-django-tagging which is not needed anymore.

Please remove:
Requires:       python-django-tagging
from calibre.spec

I can confirm that calibre builds and works fine without python-django-tagging on Cauldron.

This also avoid installing unneded dependency python-django.

Our doc-team is providing MCC and Installer documentation in epub format, so its worth to have debloated Calibre in mga4.
