In Mageia 3, the webkit inspector is not available for the konqueror browser. It has been a major tool in Mageia 1. 

Is that intentional? If so, why was that functionality removed?
If not, could it be that the kAction launching it is missing/broken?

Well, I've found that "rekonq" does have the inspector, which makes it just enough for me to keep web-developing.
