Description of problem:
Flash in small window - black window, sound is ok.
In fullscreen it is ok.

flash-player-plugin-11.2.202.332-1.mga4.nonfree
Mageia 4 x86_64 beta 2, Mate and XFCE.

How reproducible:

Play any clip in youtube.com, odnoklassniki.ru.

I've seen this sometimes.
What's the result of the following command?
lspcidrake|grep Card

Also what's driver is using your gfx card? Just attach (not paste) your /etc/X11/xorg.conf file if you don't know.

So it happens on both Intel & AMD (r600).
Sadly this is a proprietary closed source software

Thats exactly what I describe here:

I experienced this _only_ in mga-built of firefox. Using Opera, Konqueror, or even binary firefox downloaded from mozilla.org, flash works fine.

The fact that it happens only in firefox as packaged by Mageia looks like a good starting point for studying the issue.

Could have been an issue with wayland vs xorg
