Description of problem:
The version of wine_gecko installed is 1.1.0.  Wine 1.3 up requires wine_gecko 1.2, which is available from the Wine site as an .msi file.  Version 1.1 is ignored and Wine offers to download the new one for user only.  I added a note about this to a Mandriva bug report.
