Turpial is a microblogging client written in Python. It is lightweight, functional and does not harm the ozone layer

We actually have it (python-turpial) but current version doesn't work with Twitter's new API. I'm waiting for new final version to try and make it work again for Mageia.

Just on its anniversary on 30. 11., as posted on project's page, I've made the translation for the developed version; that should be released as 3 after another testing. I posted this, because of supposed interval needed for realization of the update.
