Description of problem:  Tried to restrict user list on KDM login panel, Hitting Apply fails with "Unable to authenticate/execute the action:  (code 4)"

1. System Settings->System Administration->Login screen
2. Check unwanted users
3. Click Apply

looks to work here, doesn't it ask you for the root password ?
