same for 32bits, 5a2: after choosing Dutch, the choice isn't kept at the Gnome desktop. It is impossible to change to a different language there. Mageia-5-alpha2-LiveDVD-GNOME-i586-DVD.langs does only mention "English (American) (en_US)" (that is the same for all the other live DVDs, too, btw, including the KDE ones) All locales are present on the DVD.

after installing from Live mode which refuses to give a Dutch Gnome, Gnome desktop is Dutch out-of-the box
Priority: Normal => release_blocker
I think this one is now fixed again. I had to tweak draklive-config to reload gdm again (this was disabled in mga4 cycle: http://gitweb.mageia.org/software/build-system/draklive-config/commit/?id=77c1fc76e86949d646fd6d6b9839b0320cc5f838) and also restart accounts-daemon after creating users (http://gitweb.mageia.org/software/drakx/commit/?id=2969bde783d7e815a9867fe323e17394369579aa) to make this all work. With this (both were required), I got my en_GB locale (as opposed to en_US).
