Description of problem:
The list of tools disappears partially when the cursor of the mouse is on "Configurer votre ordinateur" (MCC). the bottom of the list is absent, allthough the tooltips are displayed and the commands are active.

Click on:
Menu
Tools
place the cursor on MCC entry
