Description of problem:
I cannot access to the screen MCC / Software Management / Configure updates frequency.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
16.2-1

How reproducible:
Everytime

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on the icon from the MCC
2. it is showing a screen with a package icon fading back and forth with the text "Loading... Please wait".
3. the screen to change parameters never appears.

Note: I add the same issues with version 16.1 for diskdrake and for 3D settings, but these 2 are already fixed.

here is what I get from the terminal:

[root@localhost steph]# drakconf

"/usr/sbin/tomoyo-gui" is not executable [Tomoyo Policy] at /usr/libexec/drakconf line 823.


then, when I click on Configure update frequency:

This is b/c I've n't yet pushed a gtk3 aware rpmdrake, however some stuff do use modules from drakxtools that now rely on gtk3
