Confirmed valid in my Mageia 4 system. Is it still valid in cauldron?

Pretty sure I have seen a random missing link but I do not have a copy at the moment and do not know what causes it. I have and dangling auditor script running nightly, so once I have reported a dangling link, I delete the dangling link. I will be doing a clean RC install as soon as it is released and I will check on it.

Having NOT seen the problem in release 5 and end of maga4 in SEP, I am marking this resolved.
