Description of problem:
MGA4 beta 1: if proprietary NVidia driver is used, Plymouth (splash) only works in "fall back mode" (blue progress bar at bottom of screen).

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:
using nouveau -> reboot -> plymouth works as expected
switching to proprietary driver -> reboot -> plymouth "fall back mode"
(doesn't matter which "vga=" kernel paramter is used)

work around/fix:
Adding kernel-parameter "nokmsboot" in grub's menu.lst solved the problem.

This should be added automatically by MCC if proprietary drivers (without KMS) are installed?
