tvheadend package delivered with mageia3 fails with most dvb adaptert because the version delivered has some mutex detection bugs, i could however get it all working together with xbmc from mageia using a self-compiled upstream tvheadend package, also tvheadend seems much faster and more stable. regards Mike aka tuxinator Reproducible: Steps to Reproduce:

there even seems to be a rpm http://rpmfind.net//linux/RPM/sourceforge/k/ke/kenzy/special/19/x86_64/packages/tvheadend-3.5.139-1.x86_64.html however could not find out where that comes from. any chance to get 3.4.x in to mageia 3? regards Mike
Mageia 3 changed to end-of-life (EOL) status 4 months ago. http://blog.mageia.org/en/2014/11/26/lets-say-goodbye-to-mageia-3/ Mageia 3 is no longer maintained, which means that it will not receive any further security or bug fix updates.
