Summary: VirtualBox does not see shared folders wit guest addutions from Mageia => VirtualBox does not see shared folders with guest additions from Mageia

The problem seems to be lie in /etc/modprobe.preload.d/vbox-guest-additions (http://svnweb.mageia.org/packages/cauldron/virtualbox/current/SPECS/virtualbox.spec?revision=555556&view=markup#l371) vboxguest doesn't pull in vboxsf and if the module isn't loaded auto-mounting shares won't work either. Fix seems to be rather simple: replace vboxguest in preload file with vboxsf which itself requires vboxguest. This way all modules are preloaded again and shares are auto-mounted.
