Description of problem:

If I write in the console:

$ mplayer http://www.shlomifish.org/Files/files/music/mp3-ogg/moo1-new.mp3

then mplayer segfaults. It also happens with any other http:// URL I tried and in a new UNIX user account on LXDE. VLC works fine with that http:// URL. I'm on Cauldron.
