These two packages have nothing to do with the others: lib64sane-hpaio1-3.12.9-6.mga3.x86_64.rpm lib64tiff5-4.0.3-4.mga3.x86_64.rpm Could you try just upgrading those ones again and see what happens?
David Walser asked me to install tha update again and test. I did it and this time the WiFi and USB mouse work after rebooting.
