Description of problem:
librygel-gst-launch.so is missing since MGA3

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
0.16 and above (since MGA3)

I think "librygel-gst-launch.so" is essential for streaming pulseaudio streams to dlna/upnp clients in the network.
