Description of problem:

mii-tool -v  enp3s0 fails with SIOCGMIIPHY on 'enp3s0' failed: No such device

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible: Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. click up a terminal
2. su - root
3. ls -1 /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-e*
4. select an eWHATEVER and run mii-tool
   Example:
# ls -1 /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-e*
/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-enp3s0
/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-enp4s0

# mii-tool -v enp3s0
