Description of problem:

I cannot share files into any smartphones.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Bluetooth icon on KDE notification widget panel
2. Make discoverable on your Android's smartphone 
3. Click on it -> Select your phone -> Send files...

Mageia 3 changed to end-of-life (EOL) status 4 months ago.
