Description of problem:

cups is not telling systemd it has completed shutdown

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible: Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. click up a two terminals
2. su - root  in both
3. journalctl -fa
4. systemctl start cups
5. systemctl restart cups

Note: cups.service stopping timed out. Killing
in the journalctl screen   :(

Clean install Mageia-4-alpha2-x86_64-DVD.iso with updates no longer has the problem.

Status: NEW => RESOLVED
Resolution: (none) => FIXED
