Description of problem:

Brightness controls does not work with current kernels (3.10.x) and some older versions.
I am on Cauldron but still using 3.8.13 because of this.

Mass-reassigning all bugs with "kernel" in the Source RPM field that are assigned to tmb, to the kernel packagers group, because tmb is currently MIA.
