Description of problem:
Multi-frame recording option is missing from the preferences of xvidcap  therefore cannot set a filename or a location to save to record video. This is clean install using my old home partition.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
1.1.7-5

How reproducible:
Every time I start xvidcap

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start xvidcap
2. Right-click filename
3. Choose preferences
4. No multiframe preferences listed

Starting from the cli, "$ xvidcap" I get "Fontconfig warning: "/etc/fonts/conf.d/50-user.conf", line 9: reading configurations from ~/.fonts.conf is deprecated." 

$ xvidcap -v

Converting a jaunty .deb package into an rpm has solved the problem. Video works.
Perhaps you could convert it too and add it to the repositories

Dropping patch 8 in revision 391117 allowed xvidcap to build, but means it compiles without ffmpeg.

I have looked around the web but cannot find a replacement patch to work with current ffmpeg.

Mageia 3 changed to end-of-life (EOL) status 4 months ago.
