Description of problem:
Very good GIS tool for data geoscientific analyses  analyse in gui and for autamation in cmd (scripting) with many good algorithms (over 300 modules). It integrates very good with QGis like Grass (over sextante, phyton) and gives to Qgis additional possibilitis. It exists in Fedora, Debian, Ubuntu.
