Should be fixed in the next lxde-common package.

You may have to edit ~/.config/lxpanel/LXDE/panels/panel manually. This command should work:
sed -i 's!mandriva-drakconf.desktop!mageia-drakconf.desktop!' ~/.config/lxpanel/LXDE/panels/panel
