Problems:
Lot of problems are patents. I read in future will have mesa parameter for enabling patented extension for configure. Pleas make mesa in Tainted (Rpms).

Same problem for another OpenGL extension (GL_ARB_texture_float):  http://www.phoronix.com/scan.php?page=news_item&px=OTMzMg.
Include mesa in Tainted repository.

That's a sepearte issue for which we would need a tainted build of mesa
