Description of problem: After installation of the package festival, it does not work with jovie. A problem occurs between speech-dispatcher and festival server. Festival complains that it does not find speech-dispatcher.scm. This file is provided by the package festival-freebsoft-utils. After installing the package festival-freebsoft-utils, the new voice from festival is available in Jovie and rings well :-). Thus this package is needed in Mageia stable. Well!! now festival-freebsoft-utils is imported and uploaded for Cauldron. Also festival now recommends festival-freebsoft-utils.
