Description of problem: After fresh install of M3, the info windows informing (for example) about the completion of copying the file, are displayed in the top left area of ââthe screen. They require to be close manually than because otherwise you can not even click on the icons that are under such info windows. So covered icons are useless until all info window will be closed manually. It looks like plasma applets but right click does not show any menu. The problem could be resolve by changing default in KDE Control Centre the "Air" screen layout to any other. Mageia 3 changed to end-of-life (EOL) status 4 months ago. http://blog.mageia.org/en/2014/11/26/lets-say-goodbye-to-mageia-3/ Mageia 3 is no longer maintained, which means that it will not receive any further security or bug fix updates.
