Description Maat 2013-06-26 18:33:30 CEST
Description of problem:

GLPI does not work any more with last patch on PHP

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

Version : 5.5.0
Release : 4.mga4

How reproducible:

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Prerequisite : task-lamp-php and mysql installed and services running

1. as root urpmi glpi
2. browse http://localhost/glpi
3. start install process : error raised when checking mysql

The reason is that GLPI needs mysql_xxxx functions

And last update on php package removed them all : http://svnweb.mageia.org/packages/cauldron/php/current/SPECS/php.spec?r1=442540&r2=445354&pathrev=445354

And there are probably many others PHP webapps in the same boat :-(
