Fixed, updated package available for mga 3 on core/updates_testing and also fixed in cauldron. This is the advisory: Updated k3b packages to fix sox detection, which even if installed on the system it was reported as not found by k3b. Updated packages in core/updates_testing: k3b-2.0.2-9.1.mga3.x86_64.rpm k3b-devel-2.0.2-9.1.mga3.x86_64.rpm lib64k3bdevice6-2.0.2-9.1.mga3.x86_64.rpm Source RPMs: k3b-2.0.2-9.1.mga3.src.rpm

Testing complete on mga3, 32 bits. I could reproduce the problem (see comment 0), k3b-2.0.2-9.1.mga3 fixes it. Note that I only checked that the detection is now working properly, not if sox is actually working. Anderson Carvalho: Could you please test the update package and report if it works for you? Please don't forget to indicate the architecture you are testing on.

I use k3b package from tainted repository. Not been corrected k3b from tainted repository?
Anderson Carvalho: Using tainted is fine. Since you reported the bug for x86_64, am I right to assume you also tested it on this architecture? Does the new version work for you? (Assumindo que voce é brasileiro: eu preciso saber se a nova versao do programa esta funcionando para voce e se voce esta usando um sistema de 32 ou de 64 bits :) I guess your test of the tainted version was correct, but I'm not sure myself so I'll leave that to a more experienced QA team member to decide. I tested k3b package from core + libk3bdevice and libk3blib from tainted.
I reported the bug against the k3b-2.0.2-9.mga3.tainted.src.rpm package. My machine is x86_64. I can test k3b-2.0.2-9.1.mga3.x86_64.rpm package, but I have problems with tainted and it would be important to also be corrected.
Yep indeed, tainted build is missing Juan, could you check please.
