Description of problem: I have started to see this irritating issue as follows: You boot your computer & choose Mageia 3 (kernel is kernel-desktop-3.4.45-1.mga2) & then as you're presented with the GDM-login window you click on your user-account & type your password & then you press Return/Execute [Enter]-button to login. The fun part is that sometimes even thou I should see the GNOME-classic desktop I still see the GDM-login window. Problem seems solved in Cauldron so perhaps a backport of gdm is in place. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 3.4.1 How reproducible: I can reproduce it now and then. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install Mageia 3 for x86_64. 2. Complete a full update using all medias except Testing and/or Backports. 3. Uninstall pan filezilla ekiga empathy evolution xchat-gnome blogtk transmission-gtk. 4. Next time you boot into gnome-classic you might get the same issue, but not all the time. Reproducible: Steps to Reproduce:
