Created attachment 4147 [details] Kwin problems. Hello, I wil try to be complete and precise. I upgraded mageia2 with mageia3 for the second time. The first upgrade was a misfortune with many errors eg removable media could not be mounted.( I save all my data permanently to removable disks eg iomega zip disks) So I decided to re instal mageia2. Succesful and all functions worked fine. Mageia.com insisted to upgrade to mageia3, which I did. Unfortunatly the same errors still exsist. So far so bad. 1) removable media cannot be mounted. thge error message is: Sytem-manged device /dev/fd0 Command-line mount"//media/floppy" exited with non-zero exit status 32:mount:/dev/fd0 is not a valid block device. Is the floppy drive cancelled in mageia3? Why the other removable media? 2) I decided to try automitic recognition by restarting the PC (desktop) an error message and report was presented. the report will be added. Theer seems to be an error with Kwin. 3) bugtracking the report of Kwin and my information around my experiences caused an new error. When I was ready to send the bugtracking report a new error message was presented: Value 4.10.2 not active. I saved the report which is added I am using magai3, with KDE 4 and firefox-17.0.6 and java.1.7_21. Please advise asap. In the actual configuration I cannot and will not continue with mageia3. We don't accept multiple issue in one bug report, but: for 1) iirc we already one for 3) it is something for kde, but as the crash, there could be already duplicate in their bugzilla.
