Description of problem: GTK+ and KDE4, missing kde-gtk-config in distro

Solution: to add in distro kde-gtk-config.

kde-gtk-config is already available in Mageia since Mageia 2:
  - mga 2 : kde-gtk-config-2.0-2.mga2,
  - mga 3 : kde-gtk-config-2.2.1-1.mga3.
