Patch to fix the problem in Makefile (needs translation catalog to be regenerated)

Description of problem:
Makefile in /po folder does not contain some Python files, so pygettext.py does not extract the strings from these files.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open MCC -> Security first page with any 100% translated locale (e.g. Ukreainian)

Fix was commited in msec svn repository (revision 8449).
